Who needs DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation Refresher Training?

After the initial HAZMAT Transportation Certification, employees must receive refresher training every three years or when regulations substantially change.
Initial and refresher training is required for all employees who perform DOT functions involving: Selecting/purchasing packaging, marking containers, applying labels, preparing or signing Bills of Lading/Manifests, packing shipments, or any person who is part of the HAZMAT shipping process.
